Deposits and Cancellation Policy


A deposit may required to secure your booking. The amount will be advised and is dependent on the length of the appointment.

New Patients are also required to place a deposit to secure their first appointment.

Appointment Cancellation

If you need to cancel your appointment or experience any unforeseen event which would not permit attendance, the following policy will be applied:

  • If cancellation occurs up to 3 days prior to the appointment, no cancellation fee applies.
  • If cancellation occurs less than 3 days prior to the appointment, there shall be NO REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT PAID.

Short Notice Cancellation/ Failure to Attend/ Late Arrivals Policy

We strive to provide quality dental care to all our patients in a timely manner. Short notice cancellations, failure to attends (FTAs) and late arrivals inconvenience not only other patients but our practitioners as well. Please be aware of our following policy:

A short notice cancellation is any cancellation made with less than 3 days before the appointment time. A failure to attend (FTA) is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge you a $70 cancellation fee.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Appointment Confirmation

We require confirmation of your appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment 2 days prior to your appointment time, your appointment may be cancelled and the time allocated to a patient on our waiting list.
